Ayyám-i-Há is almost here—what a special time of year. As you may know, Ayyám-i-Há is not only a time for Baha’is to glorify God, spread cheer, and show care for friends, family, and those who are less fortunate—it is also a time filled with deep spiritual significance.
Baha’u’llah says the days and nights of Ayyám-i-Há “shall be manifestations of the letter Há, and thus they have not been bounded by the limits of the year and its months.” Há is an Arabic letter that has several spiritual meanings in the Baha’i writings, including the Essence of God.
This Ayyám-i-Há, Baha’is around the world will be spreading cheer and being of service to those around us. Here at NineteenMonths.com we thought it might be nice to open our circle a little wider and give readers a glimpse into the varied and diverse ways that folks of all ages celebrate this time of year.
